COME ON A TRIP WITH US!

Skill development at
Kaleidoscope

By skill development, we mean collaborative thinking, goal setting, lasting behavior change, and attitude change. A process whose effects are long-term and whose methods are replicable and can be integrated into everyday life.

Most groups that come to us arrive with some specific problem: exclusion, conflicts, communication issues, division, inability to quiet the class, need for role clarification, and we could go on.

At Kaleidoscope, we strive to achieve an attitude shift and develop certain skills through various fun games and developmental activities, such as expressing emotions, self-confidence, communication, cooperation, problem-solving, expressing opinions, etc. This way, we can move from the problem to the solution, which can be integrated into both individual and community life.

What does your class community need?

Come on a trip with us!

  • Contact us, and based on the answers to our questions, we will assess your needs and suggest the appropriate service.
  • We will develop the program according to the needs. The activity can truly be unique if we know and understand the current situation and the goal the team wants to reach in advance.
  • There are numerous methods and tools at our disposal that we select according to the current mood and your expectations during the activity.
  • The program is led by a facilitator who can authentically engage with the given topic.
  • During the follow-up, we assess the community's development as a result of our activities and make suggestions for further programs.

"The whole is greater than the sum of its parts."Aristotle

Although the above quote was made more than two thousand years ago, only modern psychology has made it clear that this applies to people and communities as well. The human brain is stimulated by activity within a community, and this is also true for school classes. The academic performance of cohesive, community-functioning classes far exceeds that of those that are divided, and it can be a true source of pride for the class teacher, as students can focus their attention on learning and development instead of internal conflicts.

We offer you a program specifically designed for students and class communities, where we use various games and activities for skill development purposes.

Camp

Experience from recent years shows that class communities have a need for even longer joint programs. Therefore, we have decided to start organizing camps for class communities in addition to the already well-known trips.

The class teacher has nothing else to do but choose the location and the date, and then bring their class, as we will conduct the four-day program.

  Let's go camping together!

Parent-child trip

Come join us for a parent-child outing, where both adults and students can find programs that suit them. Whether it's discussing a serious topic or playing a simple fun game, the class community consists not only of students but also plays a key role for parents.

Let's bring the whole community together and gather experiences!
